Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 10 minutes after placing it. However, if your order has already been prepared or is in the process of being delivered, we will not be able to accommodate a cancellation request and no refund will be provided.
Refunds for In-Store Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your purchase made in-store, please return the uneaten portion of your meal to our location immediately. A refund or a replacement meal will be offered if the food is considered by our staff to be in unsatisfactory condition or not up to our quality standards.
Refunds for Online Orders
For orders placed through lanternpaperco.sbs, if you receive the wrong item or the food is in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. In these cases, we may offer a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and our current operational capability.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within £ 48 hours of receiving the request, but please note that credit card and other payment providers may have additional processing times.
